This policy explains what information Symplytics ("we", "us") collects through symplytics.com, why, and what choices you have. It's a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice — if you have specific concerns, contact us at the address below.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

Name, work email, company, and message when you submit the contact form
Name and email when you request a guide or resource
Any details you share when booking a meeting through our scheduling tool
If you receive a Symplytics digital business card, information a visitor chooses to share through its connect form

We also collect limited technical information automatically — pages visited, general location (country/city level), and device/browser type — through analytics tooling, to understand how the site is used.

To schedule and follow up on meetings you book with us
To improve the site and understand what content is useful
To meet legal and security obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

Hosting & infrastructure — providers that host our application, database, and content delivery
Scheduling — a scheduling tool, when you book a meeting
Email delivery — infrastructure that sends the emails you request (guide downloads, replies to your message)
Automation — an internal workflow tool we run ourselves, used to route form submissions to the right email
Analytics— analytics, session-recording, and visitor-company identification tools, for aggregate usage statistics and, where you've consented, understanding how the site is used (see below)

None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies & similar technology

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and, only with your consent, analytics cookies for three purposes:

Usage analytics — measures how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device/browser type)
Session recording & heatmaps — records sessions and generates heatmaps, to help us see how visitors actually use the site
Visitor company identification — identifies the company visiting our site from its IP address; its cookie lasts up to 365 days

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. A banner asks for your consent the first time you visit, and it lasts 182 days. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page.

Data retention

We keep contact and lead information for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you, or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@symplytics.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
