I started in data and analytics, and I've spent the years since following one thread wherever it led: businesses are made of humans, and technology only matters when it helps those humans see clearly, decide faster, and act with confidence.

Most of my work has sat in the operational layer of that: the messy middle where strategy meets the actual systems people use every day. Enterprise BI platforms that finance teams live inside. n8n orchestrations that make three disconnected tools behave like one. Analytics that turn a stack of exports into a decision someone can defend in a meeting. The pattern under all of it is the same: humans, systems, and intent kept in alignment, because when they drift apart it doesn't matter how sophisticated the tooling is.

At Symplytics, I lead the delivery practice. For mid-market businesses, that means designing and shipping end-to-end. For enterprise teams, it more often means coaching, bringing the architectural pattern and the discipline that turn a capable team into a scaling one. In both cases, the goal is the same: leave the client stronger than we found them.

I believe in AI-empowered humans, not AI-replacing humans. The companies that win the next decade will be the ones whose people are sharper because of the tools they wield, not the ones whose people are gone.

I stay close to the work. I sit with the team on the hard problems, review the architecture before it ships, and still get my hands on the platforms we recommend often enough to know how they've changed. I won't advise you on systems I don't understand at the ground level.
