I've spent two decades in consulting and technology, starting in data and analytics and gradually following one belief wherever it led: businesses are made of humans, and technology only matters when it helps those humans connect, decide, and move faster.

Most of that time I spent leading people. Hundreds of enterprise projects across Canada and the US, tens of thousands of hours, and teams of engineers sitting between what the business demanded and what the technology could actually do. That's the job I never stopped doing: keeping humans, needs, and systems aligned, because when they drift apart, projects fail no matter how good the tool is.

Then the ground shifted. For the first time, we can ask software to reason with us, not only execute for us. That's why I started Symplytics: to help teams work the modern way and put their energy into what matters, instead of redoing what's already been done.

I still build our own stack myself: our CRM, website, our n8n instance, the digital cards we hand out. I won't advise you on systems I wouldn't run.
